Charlie Sanders grew up in Rochester and has lived in the area all his life. He played football while attending Rochester Adams High School and earned an athletic scholarship to Ohio State University. While there, he played in the The Rose Bowl and earned a BA in Communications with a 3.0 grade point average.
Charlie was invited to
the Detroit Lions mini camp in 2000 and played professional football for half the season. Charlie was always recognized as the strongest athlete in both his college and pro football careers, and to date can bench press 225 pounds 55 times.
He has owned Charlie Sanders
Private Training for seven years and works with all fitness levels. His gym is one
of the only private facilities in Oakland County with prices starting as low as $40.00
a person with a two-person session package.

Charlie Sanders Jr. is the son of football hall of famer Charlie Sanders. Charlie Sanders was a Detroit Lion tight end from 1968-1977 and inducted into the Football Hall of Fame in 2007.
Charlie’s sister is Mary Jo “KO” Sanders. She is a naturally gifted athlete who participated in track and field, basketball, gymnastics, and bodybuilding before entering the world of combat sports through kickboxing and Tough Woman contests. Mary Jo made her pro boxing debut on February 7, 2003. was the WBC Welterweight World Champion in July of 2005. She currently holds the IBA Middleweight Title. Mary Jo currently has an undefeated record in 31 fights with 7 of those bouts ending in knockouts.
